my favorite vegetable was the chard and the onions, and i like to eat it in a sauce, with carrot chop in small cubes and stirfry, previously, i have to cook the chard, when this is ready i add it on the pan with the onions and carrot frying.i add the condiments that i have on his moment, like garlics or cumin, and salt, when the vegetables are ready i add cream and i turn off the fire.
to accompany the sauce i cook rice, ussualy it turn good but boring so white, sometimes i add to it some cuts of pepper, or garlic.
finnaly i boil some potatoes and after i grill them, or sometimes i only
fry them.
my mother in la serena prepared this recipe as it should be, but i never put atention to her when she was cooking, then my recipe is only a bad copy of the recipe that my mother cooks.
I think is very good add condiments to the foods. I am impressed of your cooking,
